About the Collection

Vinland Saga is a historical action manga written and illustrated by Makoto Yukimura. Set against the Viking world, the story follows Thorfinn as his life is shaped by violence, revenge and the ambitions of those around him before his journey develops toward a very different vision of the future.

The Deluxe editions are premium oversized hardcovers measuring approximately 7 × 10 inches. Each volume collects three volumes of the original Japanese edition, making the first eight Deluxe books equivalent to Japanese volumes 1–24.

The editions also feature collector-focused extras. Deluxe Volume 1 includes exclusive color artwork, an interview with Yukimura, a faux leather-patterned cover and full-colour map endpapers. Later Deluxe volumes include additional bonus illustrations, interviews and behind-the-scenes material.
